This also gives SensiFAST Probe One-Step unbeatable efficiency in multiplexing. SensiFAST Probe One-Step Kits consists of a 2x SensiFAST Probe One-Step mix, separate reverse transcriptase and RiboSafe RNase Inhibitor.
The SensiFAST™ SYBR® Kit has been developed for fast, highly-sensitive and reproducible qPCR and has been validated on commonly-used real-time PCR instruments. The use of an antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase minimizes amplification from primer-dimers, thereby improving assay specificity and sensitivity.
